Booking Process
           Accept our Terms & Conditions

           Submit valid credit card info

           Book the staff you need 

A representative will email you a confirmation that we have your event booked.
Upon confirming your order we will run the credit card for the deposit amount.

Client agrees to the following terms

  • Staff orders to be submitted in writing via email or thru our website.
  • A four hour minimum per staff person is required.
  • A deposit amount equal to the 4 hour minimum per staff person is required.
  • If any staff exceeds the minimum they will continue at same hourly rate in 15 min increments.
  • Hours exceeding the minimum are shown in final invoice and credit card charged for difference.

  * Orders for staff on day of event may require a $5 premium in addition to the standard hourly rate.

Cancellation policy
Staffing orders can be modified or cancelled without penalty anytime up until 24 hours prior to the confirmed staff arrival time.
Any cancellation or reducing staff numbers within 24 hours of confirmed staff arrival time will result in a two hour fee, per staff person.
If you forget to cancel or reduce the staff count, but the staff arrive onsite, only to be sent home, a fee of two hours per staff person is required.
If you order staff on day of event and we confirm the order, but then you cancel or reduce the confirmed number of staff, a fee of $25.oo per staff person is required if cancelled at least an hour prior to staff arrival time. However, if cancelling within one hour of confirmed arrival time for staff will result in a penalty of two hours per staff person.

Event Planner – Get organized, lets us coordinate the details and be the point of contact $40+ 4 hour
Chef – Hate to cook? Our chefs can design, prepare and plate meals for your guests $25+ 4 hour
Bartender – Shaken or stirred? Let our bartenders mix things up $25+ 4 hour
Server – Table service or passed hord’oeuvres, they do it all $25 4 hour
Team Captains and Event Leads – We have all the event management support you need $28+ 4 hour
Disc Washer/Scullery – We have your BOH support Staff $21+ 4 hour
Coat Check – When the layers pile on, keep it organized and safe $25 4 hour
Setup & Strike Teams – Set it all up and break it all down (2 person team minimum) $21+ 4 hour
Liquor Sampling / Brand Ambassador – Sharp and friendly Brand Sampling specialist $27+$40 3 hour
Event Models – Get organized! Let us coordinate the details and be the point of contact ASK 2 hour
